There is only so much talk therapy can do when it comes to healing trauma. Since we know that trauma is held in the body, it makes sense that we’d have to experience our bodies ~ mindfully & intentionally ~ to fully heal trauma.
I offer several modalities that can enhance therapy or coaching. They’re also powerfully effective as stand-alone practices.
