Tiered Learning Opportunities
Customized & Collaborative Consultation
Based on their extensive experience with adult learning, reaca has found a mixed-media, dynamic experiential approach to work best for learner comprehension, engagement, and the collaboration necessary to effectively make genuine change.
Learners will complete a foundational, 80-minute asynchronous web-based Trans/Gender 101 course that covers 101 basics like appropriate language and the difference between sex, gender and sexuality. (This web-based didactic course is FREE to all learners and available as a standalone course.)
With this foundation in place, reaca will facilitate a live (in person or virtual) collaborative session with your group. This interactive session is an emergent process of co-creation and, as such, will be tailored to your organization's specific needs.
Where desired and indicated, the group will then be able to consult ongoing with reaca on the group's improvement plan development and implementation.
With the exception of the free web-based course, direct consultation services are charged at the hourly rate of $205 / 55 minute hour and travel.
